Goal 1: No Poverty
We are dedicated to eradicating poverty in all its forms. To that end, we support initiatives aimed at creating fair and inclusive employment opportunities for various socioeconomic groups across more than 70 regions of Azerbaijan.
Our programs also focus on enhancing the business acumen and practical experience of individuals looking to start small enterprises in rural areas.
Goal 4: Quality Education
We are dedicated to promoting equality in education and fostering innovation through the development of robust infrastructure.
Our aim is to provide our stakeholders with lifelong learning opportunities through various initiatives including training, workshops, and educational materials that promote sustainability in small and medium-sized businesses, career growth, and professional development. Additionally, we are committed to making education accessible for all by offering e-learning resources, courses, and blended training programs for our youth and wider society.
Goal 5: Gender Equality
We are dedicated to promoting gender equality and empowering women and girls in all aspects of our work. We are committed to creating a workplace and projects that support gender empowerment and diversity. Our inclusive and fair environment fosters creativity and success, strengthening our unity.
Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
We actively engage in initiatives that advance sustainable economic growth and policy. Our efforts aim to create new job opportunities and foster the growth of enterprises. Through our projects, we contribute to the education, career development, and employment of young people, as well as the sustainable development of the tourism sector.
We offer best practices and modern solutions to small, medium, and large businesses, the agricultural industry, and organizations that support innovation. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to sustainable economic development.
Goal 10: Reduced Inequality
We strive to reduce inequality and ensure that no one is left behind, in line with the fundamental principle of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated existing inequalities and disproportionately affected the most vulnerable and marginalized populations. The pandemic has led to a significant rise in global unemployment and a sharp decline in workers' incomes.
We collaborate with government and international organizations to implement social and economic programs aimed at promoting equal opportunities in society. Through these programs, we empower unemployed or job-seeking individuals to acquire new skills, access education, secure employment, and establish small businesses, thereby generating new job opportunities.
